What we collect
What you send us. If you use a form on these sites, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email, organisation, how you like to travel and your message. We use them to reply, to invite you to early access, and to discuss what you asked about. Nothing more.
Analytics. With your agreement, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the sites are used: pages viewed, how people move through them and where they stop. Form fields are masked, so what you type is not recorded.
Server logs. Our host records standard request information, including IP address, for security and reliability.
Cookies and your choice
Analytics do not run until you accept them. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and Clarity is never loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser for twelve months. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not sell data, and we do not share your details with third parties for marketing.
News and updates
We only send news if you tick the box asking for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who processes data for us
Formspree delivers form submissions to us. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity provide website analytics, if you have agreed to them. Our hosting and content delivery providers serve the sites. These providers may process data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and early-access requests are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Analytics data is kept according to each provider’s standard settings.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you these rights along with the right to object to processing and to complain to your supervisory authority. In Australia, the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles apply, and complaints can be made to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
To make a request, use the contact form or write to us at the address above.
